OVERVIEW: The CSM600 is a continuous motion sachet machine engineered for high-capacity dry filling processes, suitable for mass production requirements. It is specifically optimized for dry products in sachets, meeting the highest capacity demands. PERFORMANCE: The machine achieves an output capacity of up to 80 dry cycles per minute, supported by the latest motion control technology. Fixed width operation minimizes downtime associated with additional adjustments. PACKAGING CAPABILITIES: The CSM600 features a 600mm reel holder. It can produce up to 6 lines of sachets, each with a width of 50mm. The machine is suitable for both free-flowing and non-free flowing dry products. An optional tear notch feature is available for easy sachet opening. FILM HANDLING AND SEALING: Servo-driven vertical round sealers simultaneously pull the film and seal the vertical edges of the sachets. To prevent film burning, vertical sealers automatically retract when the machine is stopped. Servo-driven horizontal sealers create the top and bottom seals of the sachets. An automatic film unwinder is integrated, and film roll changeover is facilitated by an air shaft for ease of operation. Heating cable connections feature robust protection. CUTTING SYSTEM: Round slitting blades perform vertical film slitting after the vertical sealing process. The individual round slitting blades feature a self-pressure mechanism, ensuring consistent performance. The cutting knife station employs a circular motion, actuated by a servo motor via a linear guide. The cutting station features a scissor-type design, which simplifies adjustment and does not require expert intervention. Horizontal cutters are available in serrated, straight, or perforating options. Horizontal knives feature an extended-life design. The cutting system ensures clean and straight horizontal and vertical cuts without tearing. Knife changeover is designed for ease of operation. DRIVE AND MOTION SYSTEM: All machine motions are fully servo driven, enabling precise adjustments for optimal sachet formation. High-end motion control systems are employed to ensure maximum motion rigidity. All machine motions are fully synchronized with operating speed. Horizontal cutting and sealing stations are actuated by servo motors. CONTROL SYSTEM: The machine's control system features a user-friendly Touch panel design. Sachet length control is managed either by a mark sensor or adjustable via the Touch panel. Mark sensor adjustments are easily accessible. Temperature controllers utilize PID technology for precise regulation. The system includes manual output test and motor jogging functions for maintenance and setup. A recipe settings saving function is included. Air pressure can be tracked via a trend display on the Touch panel. The machine provides clear alerts to the operator regarding any alarm conditions, including an alarm triggered upon reaching a pre-set number of packages. Remote software support is provided as standard via an industrial VPN Router. Internet connectivity for support is unlimited and free of charge for the lifetime of the machine. MECHANICAL DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION: The mechanical design incorporates reduced sharp edges and corners to enhance operator safety and minimize contamination risks. All machine parts undergo anodization, coating, or galvanization for durability and protection. The electrical system complies with European CE safety standards. Warranty for all pneumatic parts is conditional upon the use of specified air quality. Air and power consumption data are calculated upon finalization of project details. DOCUMENTATION AND SUPPORT: A comprehensive User's Manual is supplied with the machine. A comprehensive spare parts catalogue and mechanical dismantling drawings are provided. An electrical plan is provided. A 10-year warranty is provided for PLC and Touch Panel software integrity and data saving.
