OVERVIEW:
A made-to-order line for filter rod producers. Rods are sliced to the length your product needs, counted into each pack, and the pack is closed either semi-automatically or fully automatically.
Cut length is set by format parts, so one line can run several products without a new machine. The count into each pack is an exact piece count, not a weight-based estimate.

Rod infeed - slicing to length - counting - pouch filling - sealing
REFERENCE CONFIGURATION:
Cigarette filter rod packed in doypack, 15 doypacks per minute.
Every project is specified separately. Rod dimensions, cut length, count per pack and the level of automation are decided with you before the line is designed.
