OVERVIEW:
A made-to-order line for shredded cannabis, hemp snus and snus tobacco. The product is packed after it has been cut and blended.
Typical products: THC and CBD cannabis blends, hemp snus and nicotine snus, filled into portion pouches or sachets. On the reference line a volumetric cup doser keeps the portion consistent even with light, fibrous material.
Each blend behaves differently as it fills, so dosing is set to your product rather than taken from a standard model. Format parts define the pack, and more than one size can run on the same line.
The final packaging stage is built semi-automatically or fully automatically depending on the volume you run.
Every project is specified separately. Blend, pack format, portion per pack and the level of automation are decided with you before the line is designed.
