Comprehensive packaging solutions engineered for free-flowing granular products. Whether you are packaging sugar, salt, black pepper, instant coffee, or dry yeast, our volumetric cup dosing systems provide exact weight accuracy with minimal product waste. Built for continuous high-speed operation, these lines ensure seamless transitions and maximized throughput for single-serve sticks and sachets.
Spray-dried instant coffee is a fine, free-flowing powder that gives up aroma quickly once exposed. High-barrier films, dry dosing paths and optional nitrogen flush protect solubility and taste. Single-cup sticks — often in 3-in-1 constellations — are the format that built the instant category. The difficulty on the line is not making the powder move; it moves readily. It is what happens around the movement. The particles are light, so they ride on the air displaced at each fill and drift toward the sealing area, and a few milligrams caught in a seal jaw leave a channel that lets moisture in later. The powder is also hygroscopic: an open dosing path in a humid room cakes on hopper walls and auger flights, and caking shifts the dose before anything becomes visible. Auger dosing is the usual answer for a spray dried coffee filling machine. A servo-driven auger meters by counted revolution rather than by a timed gate, and the uniform, free-flowing structure spray drying produces is what an auger repeats well at small doses. Where bulk density is stable and runs are long, volumetric cup dosing is a faster, lower-cost alternative; where the recipe changes between plain coffee and a 3-in-1 blend, the auger holds accuracy through the change. Dust extraction over the filling zone and a closed path from hopper to lane keep the seal area clean. The stick pack is the format the category was built on: one cup, one stick, nothing to measure, and a pack that fits a hotel tray, a vending unit or a pocket. A spray dried coffee stick pack machine is therefore the usual enquiry, most often for 3-in-1 and 2-in-1 blends beside plain coffee. Four-side-seal sachets are used where the dose is larger or the printed face has to carry more information — foodservice, catering, export private label. VFFS pillow bags cover refill and bulk presentations, and collate finished sticks into retail multipacks. Doses sit in the 1-3 g range. Output is cycle rate multiplied by lane count, and lane count follows pack width rather than the machine alone. On narrow sticks a CSM1200 runs 12 lanes and reaches up to 960 packs per minute; the same machine on a wider pack runs 6 lanes and gives up to 480 packs per minute. Lane counts across the range: CSM600 3-7, HSM 1-3, ARTISTICK 1-5, CSM1200 6-12, ISM400 2-5, SPM1200 7-12, SPM320 1-8, SPM800 4-12. Machines suited to spray dried coffee sachet packaging and stick filling: CSM600, CSM1200, HSM, ARTISTICK, ISM400, SPM320, SPM800 and SPM1200. Selection follows pack width, dose and required output. Typical buyers are instant coffee producers and roasters with a soluble line, 3-in-1 blenders, private-label co-packers serving retail chains, and suppliers to hotel, vending and foodservice channels, where the same stick format serves both domestic retail and export.
