Packaging Notes
BBQ sauce combines high viscosity with particulates — smoke solids, spice specks, sugar that caramelises on hot seal jaws. A piston filler with a shut-off nozzle places the sauce clear of the seal zone, and controlled jaw temperature prevents burnt sugar residue from weakening the weld. Portion sachets for food service and delivery are the highest-volume application, running multi-lane for throughput.
