Bleach

High-performance packaging systems engineered for liquid and viscous products. Backed by decades of industry experience and in-house engineering, our servo-driven volumetric piston fillers feature custom-designed shut-off nozzles that guarantee zero-drip precision and consistent grammage. From free-flowing beverages to thick pastes like ketchup and mayonnaise, these systems are built with high-grade stainless steel and Clean-In-Place (CIP) readiness to meet the strictest food safety standards.

Packaging Notes

Bleach is corrosive and chlorine-releasing, which rules out standard films and exposed machine parts. Lines built for it use chemically resistant laminates, stainless contact surfaces and sealed dosing paths that protect both operator and machine. Accurate single-dose sachets reduce user contact with the concentrate — a safety argument that drives this format in household chemicals. The difficulty does not end with the liquid itself: released chlorine also reaches everything above and around the product, so hoses, seals, nozzle bodies and the frame around the filling station are selected for the chemistry rather than taken from a standard build. The liquid is thin and wetting, it finds paths a heavier product would not, and a single droplet left on the sealing area is enough to give a weak or leaking pack. A bleach packaging machine for this product therefore starts from the material list, not from the format. Filling is volumetric through a closed liquid path: a bleach filling machine uses dosing cylinders or pumps feeding shut-off nozzles that cut the flow cleanly at the end of every shot. The nozzle fills low into the open pack so the stream does not splash or foam, and the positive shut-off keeps the seal area dry — with this product a dry seal is a safety matter, not only a quality one. Product-contact parts are stainless with chemically resistant seals, and the dosing path is built to be drained and rinsed (CIP) between runs, which matters on lines that also handle other household liquids. In stick pack, bleach is packed as one dose per wash or per application: narrow, easy to carry, low unit price, and strong in markets where households buy cleaning products by the use rather than by the bottle. As a sachet — three- or four-side seal — the pack lies flat in multipacks, hotel amenity kits and janitorial supply boxes; a bleach sachet packaging machine in this format also gives the larger front face that the warnings and dosing instructions of a hazardous household chemical require. VFFS pillow bags cover the larger doses and refill formats where packaging cost decides over shelf appearance. Doses on these lines run 5 to 15 ml. Output depends on how many lanes fit the pack width, so cycle rate and packs per minute are not the same figure: an MSM1200 reaches up to 960 packs per minute with 12 lanes on a narrow pack, and the same machine runs up to 480 packs per minute at 6 lanes once the pack gets wider. Lane counts are HSM 1-3, ISM400 2-5, ISM600 3-7, MSM800 4-10, MSM1200 6-12. Suitable Mentpack models: HSM for trials and low volume, ISM400 and ISM600 for medium output, MSM800 and MSM1200 where a bleach stick pack machine has to feed retail volumes. Typical buyers are household chemical producers, private-label and contract packers, hygiene and cleaning suppliers, and hotel or industrial cleaning brands.
