Liquid fertilizer concentrates are corrosive, dense and often coloured — hard on films and unforgiving of leaks. The nutrient salts that make the concentrate work also attack ordinary contact parts, and the pigment load means a leak shows on the carton before the customer ever opens it. Density matters for dosing as well: a given volume carries more weight than water, so a volumetric setting is confirmed against weight at start-up. Chemical-grade laminates, stainless product paths and precise volumetric dosing produce single-dose sachets that home-garden users can apply without measuring jugs. Leak-proof seals are non-negotiable in this category, so seal integrity control is central to the line — a trace of concentrate left on the sealing surface is enough to turn a sound weld into a weak one. Dosing is volumetric. A servo-driven dosing unit draws a fixed volume from the buffer tank and delivers it through a shut-off nozzle that closes cleanly at the end of the stroke, so the last drop stays inside the pack instead of running down the film into the seal zone. The nozzle dives into the pack and lifts as it fills, keeping splash and stringing away from the sealing surface. Every wetted part — piston or pump head, tubing, nozzle, gaskets — is specified in stainless steel and chemically compatible elastomers, because corrosion in the product path is the fastest way to lose dose accuracy on a liquid fertilizer filling machine. CIP connections let a coloured formulation be flushed out before the next one runs. Both working formats are single-dose. A liquid fertilizer stick pack machine produces the narrow stick the end user tears open over a watering can — the format sells because it takes measuring out of the job and fits a hanging strip or a counter display.
