Liquid L-carnitine shots pair a pharma-style dose claim with a consumer taste experience, and that pairing makes them demanding to pack. The declared amount of active has to be in every pack on every lane; a correct line average is not the same as a correct stick. Precise volumetric filling keeps every stick at the declared dosage, and high-barrier film protects the active from oxidation. The liquid is thin and wets whatever it touches: a few drops on the sealing area leave a weak seal, and a weak seal on a liquid pack is a leak in the carton. The single-dose stick pack format, easy to carry and nothing to measure, is what moved this product from bottles to daily-use packs. A liquid L-carnitine filling machine meters volumetrically: a piston or pump draws a fixed volume each cycle and delivers it through a shut-off nozzle that closes at the end of the stroke, so the tail of the dose stays in the pack instead of stringing onto the seal. Nozzle bore and stroke are matched to the viscosity of the formulation: a thin, freely flowing shot needs a clean cut-off more than it needs pressure, while a thicker syrup-type version takes a wider bore and a slower stroke. Contact parts are stainless steel with food-grade seals, and the dosing block is built to be stripped or CIP cleaned between flavours. The stick pack is the daily-use format: a single shot taken before training, no cap to close again. A four-side seal sachet is the wider, flatter option, easier at the top of the volume range and the format pharmacy and retail channels prefer for sampling and multi-packs. A liquid L-carnitine sachet packaging machine and a stick pack line share the same dosing principle; what changes is web width, seal layout and lane count. Dose per pack is typically 50 to 100 ml. Output is not a single number: these are multi-lane machines and the lane count follows pack width, so a narrow stick fits more lanes across the film web and a wide sachet fewer. The SPM1200 runs 7 to 12 lanes, which means up to 840 packs per minute in a narrow pack and around 490 packs per minute when the same machine is set wide on 7 lanes. The SPM320 covers 1 to 8 lanes, for lower output and ranges that change format often. Which one fits depends on pack width, dose, target output and how many formats the line must cover.
