High-performance packaging systems engineered for liquid and viscous products. Backed by decades of industry experience and in-house engineering, our servo-driven volumetric piston fillers feature custom-designed shut-off nozzles that guarantee zero-drip precision and consistent grammage. From free-flowing beverages to thick pastes like ketchup and mayonnaise, these systems are built with high-grade stainless steel and Clean-In-Place (CIP) readiness to meet the strictest food safety standards.
Liquid soap foams at the slightest agitation, so filling speed profiles and nozzle geometry are tuned to pour, not splash. The surfactant system that makes the product work is also what makes it hard to pack: it wets every surface it touches, creeps along the nozzle tip after a cycle ends, and leaves a thin film on the web exactly where the seal has to be made. Foam entrained during dosing is compressible, so a chamber that has taken in air delivers less than it measures. Viscosity shifts with temperature and from batch to batch, so a setting that filled cleanly in the morning can string by the afternoon. Filling is volumetric liquid dosing with a servo-driven pump or piston, so the flow curve inside a single shot can be shaped: a slow start while the nozzle is still close to the film, a faster middle section, and a slow finish that lets the surface settle instead of throwing foam up the pack wall. Nozzle geometry sends the stream down the inner wall rather than into standing product. A shut-off nozzle prevents drips between cycles, so the jaws close on dry film. Surfactant-resistant seals stay tight over shelf life; gaskets, diaphragms and o-rings in the product path are matched to the same chemistry, because a swollen seal shows up first as slow dosing drift and later as a leak. CIP-friendly routing keeps colour and fragrance changeovers short. The narrow single-dose format is the stick pack: one hand wash for a hotel amenity set, an airline kit or a sampling campaign, and its narrow web lets more lanes run side by side. The flatter sachet takes over when the pack has to carry more printed area or sit in a display box. Single-use sachets serve hospitality and travel retail, where compact hygiene formats keep growing. VFFS pillow bags take the larger portions — dispenser refills, laundry rooms, institutional use — where one pack is meant to empty into a reservoir. Dosing runs from 5 to 15 ml per pack. Output follows lane count, and lane count follows pack width: the same machine carries more narrow lanes than wide ones. On MSM1200 a narrow pack allows twelve lanes and up to 960 packs per minute, while a wide pack on that same machine runs six lanes and up to 480 packs per minute. A speed figure is only meaningful together with the pack width it was measured at. Liquid soap runs on ARTISTICK (1-5 lanes), HSM (1-3), ISM400 (2-5), ISM600 (3-7), MSM800 (4-10), MSM1200 (6-12), SPM320 (1-8), SPM800 (4-12) and SPM1200 (7-12). Machine choice follows the format, the target output and the pack width the brand has settled on. Typical buyers are personal care and home care manufacturers, contract packers filling for retail brands, hotel amenity and travel kit suppliers, and hospital or catering suppliers who need a controlled single dose. A sampling campaign for a bottled line is often the first project.
