3-in-1 coffee mixes fine coffee, creamer and sugar — three densities in one blend that wants to separate in the hopper. Soluble coffee is light and dusty, creamer is bulky and fat-bearing, sugar is heavy and crystalline, so machine vibration and every drop into the dosing unit push sugar down and lift creamer: a blend that left the mixer homogeneous can drift while it stands above the filler. The powder is non-free flowing — it bridges over the outlet, cakes on hopper walls and takes up moisture from room air, which makes it sticky and slows discharge. Aroma is the other fragile part, and high-barrier film protects it once the pack is sealed. A 3-in-1 coffee packaging machine has to answer both problems: hold the blend uniform, and close the pack tightly around it. The dosing method is therefore an agitated auger. The auger meters by volume — the screw turns a set number of revolutions and delivers a fixed volume into the pack — while the agitator above it keeps the blend moving, so the mix stays homogeneous from the first stick to the last. A plain volumetric cup depends on the powder falling and levelling by itself, which a non-free flowing blend does not do repeatably; piston dosing belongs to liquids and pastes. The auger also breaks bridges at the screw throat, and product-contact parts strip down for cleaning when one 3-in-1 coffee filling machine runs several recipes in a shift. The stick pack is the category's signature format: a long single-serve stick, one cup per stick, sold in multi-packs across Asia and the Middle East and opened with one hand — most enquiries are for a 3-in-1 coffee stick pack machine. The sachet is wider and shorter and suits hotel, catering and vending supply, where a squarer pack sits better in a box or a dispenser; a 3-in-1 coffee sachet packaging machine covers the same blend in that shape. Household and refill quantities go into a VFFS pillow bag, where the cycle equals the bag count with no lane multiplication. Typical dose is 15 to 25 g per pack. Output is not the cycle rate: these are multi-lane machines and the number of lanes follows the pack width, so packs per minute equal cycles per minute multiplied by lanes. On a narrow stick the SPM1200 runs 12 lanes and reaches up to 840 packs per minute; the same machine in a wide pack drops to 7 lanes and up to 490 packs per minute. Low lane counts suit trials, export samples and short flavour runs; high lane counts suit single-recipe volume production.
