Liquid filler entry level stick pack machine

Artistick-S is an entry level stick pack machine with liquid pump filler for boutique manufacturing applications. All Mentpack pumps that is made in-house is capable to fill low to high viscous liquids such as cream chocolate, oil, sauces, ketchup, mayonnaise, tomato paste, CBD oil, cosmetic liquids, shampoo, into stick packs up to 5 lines with minimum 17mm width. It can be placed into tight enviroment and space space saving thanks to the very small footprint including height advantage. Artistick has a really small in size and also highly efficient in production.

Servo driven piston pump with cut-off nozzles keeps sealing area clean for non-leaking and +/-%2 filling accuracy. Long lasting cutting-edge gaskets in the plunger and actuator can work up to 30 days at 3 shift running. Premium brands in components selected by Mentpack engineers for keep the machine alive and reduce possible downtimes.

Maximum web width is 210mm and it has up to 30-35 cycles/minute speed maximum.
