SPM320 – Stick Pack Packaging Machine

The SPM320 stick pack machine is specifically designed for pharmaceutical products. It can be combined with granular filler, powder filler or liquid filler and it can efficiently handle free-flowing granules such as active pharmaceutical ingredients, vitamins, powders or liquids.

The machine accommodates up to 8 lines of stick packs, each with a minimum width of 17mm. Its upgraded features allow for easy adjustments and automatic control, ensuring continuous production. The unique open-frame design simplifies operation, while the closed rotary volumetric filling unit provides precise weight adjustments.

Constructed from fully SS316L materials, the machine minimizes product contamination risks. Additionally, Mentpack offers free lifetime remote connection support, making it an ideal choice for pharmaceutical packaging. The stick pack machine has a web width of 320 mm and can achieve speeds of up to 60-65 cycles per minute.
